General Pinkie Pie WIP is finally finished.
This took me forever because I kept going back over stuff and today I just threw my hands up and said it is done. Hope you like it and I know the shading is a bit choppy and unfinished, but I was too frustrated to do it right. I might come back and redo it but no promises.
