Description

Good day everyone!
These is the first collection of one of a kind fascinator hats! These are made from a cotton blend of fabric with pastel blue, pink and yellow pinstripes on a brown base.
Each one has two alligator clips underneath to clip into your hair. I have created mine to be worn everyday when you want something to dress up an outfit or to give life a little more fun. Little Pixel Heart
These will be available to purchase on my Etsy shop,Quintessence Emporium which will be finally open at the end of July! Yay! So to celebrate, each Wednesday a new collection will be posted here as a preview. Keep an eye out for the next set! Please feel free to comment or ask questions, I will love to hear your feedback. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and thank you looking!

Descriptions
Red Square Bullet The first at the top contains a grey feather salvaged from an arrangement and a glittery crystal which base color is a pale peachy orange that sparkles tremendously when the light hits. Close up

Yellow Square Bullet The next one going clockwise contains hand curled peacock feathers, a shiny hammered silver bead and two rose beads. One rose is a light blue which closely resembles the pastel blue   pinstripe in the fabric and the other is smaller and cream. Close up

Green Square Bullet  The next contains another peacock tail feather along with a silver large silver rose pendant bead with a blue Swarovski crystal glued in the center to catch the light whenever you move. Also three pastel buttons frame the lower half of the rose. Close up

Blue Square Bullet  The final fascinator has a polished silver circular bead with a peak-a-boo hole in the center that shows the pinstripe underneath. This hat also contains hand curled peacock tail feathers.  Close up

How do you make your fascinators? I like to keep each unique and one of a kind so I normally only buy enough fabric to do 4 fascinators. Each is cut using a pattern of my creation and sewn on a machine except for handstitching underneath to close. The decorations are attached by a mix of stitching and/or E6000 long lasting superglue. I try to do both when able.
What is inside them? Are they stiff? They are moderately stiff and inside is a mix of stabilizer and stiffener. They are sewn with a slight curve but will not sit flush to everyone's head as we all have different head shapes. If you have fine, flat, pinstraight hair like I do, I like to tease my hair slightly to give volume then clip in the piece.
Will it hold in my hair? They should. As described above, my hair is very fine and does not like to hold things but I have worn these out for a full day with my hair down, no product and no fuss, and they did not move a bit!
Where do you get your peacock feathers? My favorite question! All of my peacock feathers are collected from a family friend's peacock. They a collected from the ground after the peacocks molt so you can be sure no harm befalls these peacocks! :D

If you have made it this far in all that text, thank you! Please let me know if you have any questions.
